Does my child need any prior experience with origami?

No prior experience is required. The class is designed for beginners as well as those with some experience in origami.

What materials do I need to bring?

All necessary materials will be provided.

What will I learn in the class?

The class covers a range of origami techniques and projects. Through these exercises, Students will learn Hand-eye coordination, Fine motor skills, Memory exercise, Geometry, Spatial skills, Sequencing skills, Mental concentration, Attention to detail and Patience

Can I join the class at any time, or are there specific start dates?
It's recommended for students to start the class on the first day to ensure they don't fall behind. However, we occasionally accept students in the middle of the session if they have a strong desire to join the class.

Are there any opportunities for advanced students?

Yes, advanced students will have the opportunity to explore more complex origami projects and techniques.

Is financial aid available?
Origami For Us offers financial aid to deserving families because we would like to make our program available to everyone! In order to qualify for financial aid, we ask parents to submit their proof of financial assistance for school field trips, or to provide an explanation of their situation of need.
