AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT and Camp - Late Pick-up Policy

Per our policy, we cannot leave the students at school sites by themselves. The instructor needs to supervise them until they’re picked up by parents or guardians. The following late pick-up policy is enforced at all schools:

0-10 mins: no extra charge
10-20 mins: $10 extra charge
20-30 mins: $20 extra charge
30-60 mins: $45 extra charge

 

AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT and Camp - Behavior Policy

If students engage in conflicts or disruptive behavior, the instructor will address the matter and involve the parents. If the behavior persists after three discussions, the student may be withdrawn from the remaining sessions without a refund.

AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT - Cancellation and Refund Policy

100% refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first class of the term.
50% refund: Cancellations made 6 days before through the start of the first class.
No refund or credit: Cancellations made after the first class, as well as missed classes or partial attendance.
$25 transaction fee applies for all cancellations
 

SUMMER & WINTER CAMPS - Cancellation Policy
 

Full refund: Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the first day of camp.
No refund: Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the first day of camp.
$25 transaction fee applies for all cancellations
 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, preferably by email, and must include the student’s name, camp session, and reason for cancellation. The effective date of cancellation is the date the request is received.

PRIVATE LESSON - Cancellation and Payment Policy

Booking and Payment:
All private lessons must be scheduled in advance and paid no later than one week before the session. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and your spot is secured once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund: Cancellations made more than 1 week before the scheduled lesson.
50% refund: Cancellations made less than 1 week but more than 72 hours before the scheduled lesson.
No refund or credit: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Missed Lessons:

If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full fee will be charged, and no rescheduling will be offered.

Rescheduling Policy:

Lessons can be rescheduled without penalty if at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

Late Arrivals:

Lessons will start and end at the scheduled time. If a student arrives late, the session will still conclude as planned, and no additional time will be added.

 

Discounts (AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT only)
Origami For Us offers a 25% sibling discount for the second and any additional children from the same family. To receive the discount, all siblings must be registered in a single transaction.
