AFTER-SCHOOL & Sunday Class Late Pick-up Policy

Per our policy, we cannot leave the students at school sites by themselves. The instructor needs to supervise them until they’re picked up by parents or guardians. The following late pick-up policy is enforced at all schools:

0-10 mins: no extra charge
10-20 mins: $10 extra charge
20-30 mins: $20 extra charge
30-60 mins: $45 extra charge
 

AFTER-SCHOOL & Sunday Class Cancellation and Refund Policy

100% refund if canceled 24 hours before the first class of the term
50% refund after the 1st class but before the 2nd class
No refund or credit after the 2nd class, or for missed classes/partial attendance
$25 transaction fee applies for all cancellations
 

SUMMER CAMP Cancellation Policy

Before May 15, 2024: Full refund minus $15 processing fee.
After May 15, 2024: No refunds.

All cancellation requests require written notice (email acceptable) and include the student’s name, camp session, and reason for cancellation. Effective date is the day we receive the request. For any questions, contact origamiforus@gmail.com

Discounts

Origami For Us offers a 25% sibling discount applicable to the second and all following children from one family. To receive such a discount, all siblings must be registered in one single transaction.
